Paul Broadfoot
Paul spent his corporate career with large multinational B2B companies like Akzo Nobel, Ingredion and ICI. He spent seven years in the Asia Pacific region as Strategy Director for several organisations. Paul’s responsibilities required him to achieve rapid growth for business units of varying size, ranging from fledgeling opportunities to divisions turning over hundreds of millions across the food, chemical, pulp, paper and medical component industries. The orchestration of strategies across Asia Pacific countries remains one of Paul’s core strengths.
Following a successful corporate career, Paul started his management consulting firm. Before Transformation was the latest buzz word, he wrote the book ‘Xcelerate: innovate your business model, disrupt your market and fast-hack into the future’. He has helped over 200 CEOs access new growth strategies via the frameworks contained in this book which includes research on the longevity of over 5000 Australian ASX 200 listed companies, over the past 40 years.
He holds an MBA from the prestigious University of Chicago, which consistently ranks Top 5 in the world’s top MBA programs, and where he achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA. He also holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering degree.
